About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager to ensure our brokerage clients receive top-tier service throughout their real estate journey. You will act as a bridge between our agents and clients, resolving inquiries, facilitating smooth communication, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer success within the real estate or financial services sector and excels at building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for client inquiries and concerns.
- Onboard new clients and thoroughly guide them through the brokerage's services and transaction processes.
- Collaborate with brokers and sales associates to ensure client needs, preferences, and timelines are met.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive, secure, and accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Organize client appreciation initiatives and targeted outreach programs to foster loyalty.
- Monitor transaction progress and proactively keep clients updated at every stage of the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer success, preferably within a brokerage or real estate setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
