About This Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Property Listing Coordinator to manage and maintain our brokerage's property portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that all property listings are accurately documented, visually appealing, and updated across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with real estate agents, property owners, and the marketing team to streamline the listing process. This role is critical in ensuring our properties attract maximum visibility and engagement from potential buyers and renters.
Responsibilities
- Enter and manage property data across internal databases and external listing platforms.
- Coordinate with property owners and agents to gather accurate property details, photos, and floor plans.
- Write compelling and accurate property descriptions to attract potential clients.
- Monitor and update the status of active, pending, and sold properties daily.
- Assist in organizing open houses and coordinating schedules for property viewings.
- Ensure all listing documentation complies with brokerage standards and legal regulations.
- Generate weekly reports on listing performance and online engagement metrics.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous administrative or operational experience, preferably in a real estate environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a flair for copywriting.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with real estate databases or MLS systems.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
